Blown away, I thought I had a roofing problem, but learned it was a ventilation problem. He told me what needed to be done and how to fix it. Did not try to sell me a roof. Since I have a siding company coming out, he told me what they needed to do. Offered to come out once the soffits were removed for another visit when he had better access. DID NOT CHARGE me a dime; I offered to pay a service call for his time and knowledge, but nope. He will be the company I call when I need a new roof. Honesty and quality are hard to find now a days bit I found it with D Bolton Roofing.

Great honest company, wanted a roof inspection as I had seen what appeared to be a dip in part of the roof. Informed that was a soft spot. I was expecting to hear we need to tear that part out, and see what the problem was. Honest enough to tell that he didn’t have to that and just have the roof inspected next year, could have easily told different. Thanks for being honest.

Daniel Bolton and his crew replaced our roof recently. He walked us through every step of the way. Not only did he replace the shingles, but he took the roof all the way back to the wood. He replaced the underlayment with a newer, more efficient product. He also fixed some ventilation issues we had and put in a completely new ridge vent, new flashing in the valleys, and a completely new drip edge. His crew took care to protect our home and landscaping throughout the whole process. He also timed the replacement to accommodate our work schedules since we work remote from home. The pricing was very reasonable and we definitely are extremely happy with the whole process.

Dan is one of the rare contractors who turns down money if he honestly can’t help you. I’ve also seen him argue with “boyfriends who were in the construction business” about how to do things the right way, not the cheapest way. I highly recommend him for anything that he does, from garage organization, his handyman work to his roofing work. He is a wealth of knowledge, has been around the block & will take care of his clients!
